to appear normal for something better?”

Processwork with creative means

Creative activity makes it possible to leave the level of conversation temporarily and to address other sensory channels: doodling, scraping, materializing its energy and movement... Selecting colors and consciously setting them, limiting and structuring or lubricating and trusting in coincidence... Searching for forms and finding them – on a paper or in the room... tinkering with different materials, connecting them, daring the process and give expression to the arising...

All of this is fun and at the same time has proven to be an extremely effective way of accessing the unknown. Often in creative actions, the unintentional is co creating, helping to find new ways and to develop new forms.

Processwork combined with art work uses this fact and helps to unfold the discovered, instead of interpreting it or even eliminating it. So it can serve as a raw material for new insights and experiences and lead us back to our creative source. The work remains – as a visible part of the process and an anchor for everyday life.

I address my offer to people with different needs in different settings:

  • Processwork with – and without – art therapy focus (individually, for couples and for small groups)
  • Coaching, counseling and supervision (individually, for couples and teams)
  • Project supervision (individually, for teams and organizations)
  • Teaching therapy for students of Processwork Institute and students of various art therapy trainings
  • Project days with art-oriented focus (for small groups and teams)
  • Professional training: basic and advanced training (for small groups)
